I was born in South Africa and currently reside in New York.
I have a deep passion for psychology, philosophy, mindfulness, coaching and consulting. While solution-oriented, I specialize in discovering the root beliefs and that prevent individuals and organizations from achieving optimal growth and success.
My extensive experience in the financial services industry in a leadership role allows me to understand the challenges and dynamics of a well-run business and effective teams.
I also love writing and contributing to various well-known online and print media platforms. I have appeared on networks such as ABC, CBS, PIX 11, and I have authored two highly acclaimed books published by Feldheim Publishers and Rodale Publishers. I have given workshops to thousands of participants and given personal coaching sessions to CEO's and personal clients who want to improve health, communication skills, relationships and emotional regulation.
