Who is leadership for?

Leadership in coaching and consulting is often linked to corporate or executive roles, but that's just the tip of the iceberg! Leadership qualities are essential in every position and situation we face. As Madeline McNeely from Harvard University pointed out to me, most business "solutions" to "problems" stem from tapping into self-confidence, enabling clients to recognize and harness what they already know. This principle resonates across all leadership roles, whether tackling emotional hurdles, weight loss journeys, relationship challenges, or career growth.

While this may seem oversimplified, self-confidence profoundly influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It all begins with the powerful "I" statement that shapes every sentence and thought. Self-ratings act as a lens through which we see everything. The real magic lies in the self-inquiry of "Who is the I?" that underpins every story, goal, and feeling. After leading self-inquiry with the client, we take the client through our proprietary 'self-inquiry' guided process through all the layers of perceived cognitive and emotive 'obstacles' - conscious and unconscious - helping them uncover the unbiased "Who am I?" at the core of every situation. Leadership coaching and consulting are just as vital for a CEO as they are for anyone striving to boost their self-efficacy in all areas of life!
