Craig Swimmer
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens,” - Carl Jung
Dreams are the seeds of creativity and innovation. But I will show you how to first turn inward and awaken. It is only after you are in touch with reality and within the realm of your own power that you can effectively turn outward, dream SMART goals, and take action.
Craig Swimmer
Founder
Drawing on his international experience in finance, accounting, and business operations, Craig Swimmer is a dynamic and influential C-level finance leader who elevates financial stewardship for growing organizations while maximizing performance and cultivating strong relationships. Craig fuels the development of process improvements and best practices by implementing enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities to inform high-level strategic decision-making.

Having completed a rigorous program in South Africa to earn his chartered accountant (CA) certification, Mr. Swimmer ensures success across business models and functions by creating infrastructures that formalize vision into action and drive engagement among teams. He was selected from a field of 22 for placement into one of two permanent roles with Grant Thornton, where he drove the IT audit practice, implemented the SOX framework, and oversaw consulting and corporate finance. During his time with Grant Thornton, Craig performed at a level that put him on an accelerated partner track before he transitioned to a COO role with an emerging startup, Kashrus.com.

At Kashrus.com, Craig leveraged a hands-on approach to lead a multidisciplinary team through the development of a documentation management platform unique to the food manufacturing industry. With a relentless focus on customer requirements, he led the development of a platform serving giants such as Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Sysco, and singlehandedly drove 80% of the company’s $20M revenue during its initial growth phase.

In 2014, Craig joined GLK Global Capital, a private family investment firm, as its CFO, where he researched, managed, and grew the company’s investment portfolio. He executed due diligence, provided financial models, managed the investments for numerous GLK real estate deals, and advised a large immigration law firm on the integration of an acquired company. Additionally, Craig led the development of a single GLK portfolio company, Touchsides, providing the financial models, forecasts, and business capabilities that enabled its 2020 acquisition by the Heineken Company.

Craig was most recently hired by TileBar to standardize its financial practices and provide the leadership and structure critical to a growing global organization. He has improved the company’s financial reporting accuracy, supported over $350M in revenue growth within 4 years, created cost savings, and enabled two separate private equity transactions within five years by generating highly sophisticated data required by bankers, analysts, and investors.
